Meet Your HOA Board

Our board members are dedicated to maintaining the community’s standards, enhancing property values, and ensuring a welcoming and safe environment for all residents.

HOA Board Members:

Marshall Varner – President
Marshall leads the HOA board, overseeing community operations, resident concerns, and neighborhood initiatives. He is committed to fostering transparency and engagement within the community.
Lydia Rodriguez – Vice President
Lydia supports the board in guiding HOA decisions and community planning. She plays a key role in assisting with board initiatives and ensuring continuity across neighborhood efforts.
James Smith – Treasurer
James manages the HOA’s financial responsibilities, including budgeting, financial reporting, and ensuring funds are allocated appropriately to maintain and improve our neighborhood.

The HOA Board meets regularly to discuss community matters, review requests, and address concerns from homeowners. We encourage all residents to stay involved and reach out with any questions or suggestions!
